Operation is the same for both iPhone and Android
1. Download the "Titan FX Social" app from the AppStore / Google Play.
*Note* This is different from the Pelican Trading app.
2. If you are using Titan FX Social for the first time, select "Don't have an account? Create one now" on the page below.
*Caution* If this is your first time using Titan FX Social, not a Titan FX account.
3. Tap "Agree and continue".
4. Register your profile on the profile registration screen.
This profile (account) does not have to match the client cabinet login ID and password.
This is your Titan FX Social profile and is separate from your Client Cabinet registration.
5. An email will be sent to confirm your email address, so click "Click here".
*Note* Titan FX Social is a smartphone app-only service, so this email must be opened and clicked on a smartphone.
If the email is opened and clicked on a PC, the following error will be displayed. In that case, open the same email on your smartphone and try clicking again.
6. Log in using your Titan FX Social profile information.
7. After logging in, tap "Link account" from "Transaction account".
8. Enter the details of the Titan FX trading account you want to link.
*Where it says "Account username", enter your MT account number. (It may have been changed because we are working on display)
9. Select whether to provide a copy trade or a signal, confirm the account you want to link, and link the account.
10. When the link is completed, a confirmation message will be displayed.
[If a login error occurs]
(error case 1)
When I try to log in using the client cabinet login information, I get the following error.
Even if you tap "Forgot your password?", the email will not be sent if you have not completed your registration with Titan FX Social.
(Workaround)
Make sure you are entering your Titan FX Social profile information and not your client cabinet password.
(error case 2)
If you have previously registered a profile directly in the Pelican app or in a service developed by Pelican, you will receive the error "username xxxxxxxx is already taken".
(Workaround)
You can register using the same login as your existing Pelican account, or by entering a different email address and possibly a different phone number.
(error case 3)
When linking accounts, you need to enter your account number for the part that is displayed as "account user name".
(Workaround)
Check if you have entered your MT account number in "Account Username"
