What is account archiving/deactivating?
Refers to the process of deactivating MT accounts that meet certain conditions and are not used.
Unlike closing an account, the client cabinet account remains open. Therefore, if all MT accounts are disabled, trading can be resumed at any time by creating an additional account from the client cabinet.
What are the conditions for deactivation?
Trading accounts that meet all of the following conditions are subject to deactivation.
① No logins, deposits/withdrawals, or transactions for 365 days
② There are no open positions or pending orders (pre-orders, etc.)
③ Account balance is 0 or less
Is it possible to reactivate a deactivated account?
A deactivated account cannot be reactivated. Please use an existing account or create a new additional account from the client cabinet.
How do I know if my account has been deactivated?
When you log in to the client cabinet, the deactivated account will be greyed out and will be displayed as Archived. *
Please let me know when my account will be deactivated.
It is not possible to confirm when it will be disabled as it is automatically processed by the system. Accounts that have not logged in or traded to the MT4/5 account for 365 days and have no account balance can be archived. If you want to keep your account, we recommend logging in to your MT4/5 account. We do not accept account reactivation after deactivation.
I would like to have my deactivated account reactivated.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept the reactivation request of a disabled account. Please use another account or add a new account by requesting additional accounts.
Will I be contacted prior to deactivation?
We do not contact you prior to deactivation.
Will I be contacted after being deactivated?
We will not contact you after deactivation. You can check your client cabinet to see if it has been disabled. *
Will my Titan Account be cancelled if all trading accounts are deactivated?
No. You can still log in to the client cabinet. You can resume trading at any time by opening an additional account.
I haven't used my account with a balance for over a year. Is it possible to reopen it?
Accounts with remaining balances are not invalidated and can be used at any time.
If all accounts are disabled, please apply for additional accounts from the client cabinet.
Is it possible to resume after one year has passed since the cancellation?
Yes, it is possible to restart the service. However, even if the account is closed, the account will be invalidated under the same conditions.
Accounts with a balance will not be disabled and can be used at any time after reopening.
If all accounts are disabled, please apply for additional accounts from the client cabinet after reopening.
