How to make a deposit?
- In the Client Cabinet, select a deposit amount, click ‘deposit’ button then a popup window appears. Select the Crypto you’d like to send, check the currency and amount to confirm. Once you confirm, the amount and One-time wallet address will be displayed.
- Send the amount to the displayed address from your wallet.
- Once the fund is arrived at Titan FX, it will be reflected to your trading account.
Available Cryptocurrencies:
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Chainlink (LINK), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Ripple (XRP)
The list of available Cryptocurrency is subject to change.
The available currencies are different from the trade-able currencies at TitanFX.
Customers are liable for any transaction fees (miner fees, gas fees etc.) incurred when sending Cryptocurrencies to TitanFX.
Regards to Cryptocurrency transfer network
ERC20 standard tokens can only be sent over the official network. Please note that remittances to sidechains and subchains are not supported.

Where can I transfer from if I don’t have a Cryptocurrency wallet ?
Unfortunately, to deposit by Cryptocurrency you need to have Crypto/Crypto wallets first.
Can I deposit by Cryptocurrency in any currency account ?
cryptocurrencies can only be only used for making deposits in USD, JPY, EUR and SGD accounts. Customers cannot deposit to AUD accounts.
What should I do if I forget to copy the wallet address and close the browser?
Destination address is a one-time address only. If you close the browser, the same wallet address cannot be displayed again and you have to request a new deposit to generate a new wallet address.
What is a Destination tag to send Ripple (XRP)?
The Destination Tag is used to determine which XRP account a given transaction should be assigned and credited to. Always ensure to include the correct Destination Tag before sending your XRP deposit.
Where can I check the exchange rate for a deposit?
You can check the exchange rate on a deposit screen. The exchange rate is determined by our payment processor company and is a reference rate.
