Customers can submit verification documents via the Client Cabinet.
Please refer the following steps to upload the documents:
1. Log in to Client Cabinet
2. Click on the account holder’s name on the top-right and choose “Profile”
3. Choose “Identity Verification and KYC Information” – “Account Holder’s Information”
4. Upload the necessary files by using the File Uploader
* If the “Welcome” screen is shown after the login, your registration procedure may not have been completed yet. Please click on the 'Next' button to complete the process.
